This year an Adult Workshop by Cavan GAA and Cavan Peace Partnership will run alongside the Kelloggs Cul Camp from 10am to 11am on Tuesday and Wednesday 22nd and 23rd July 2013. The workshop will cover areas like Nutrition Advice, Health and Lifestyle Activities, Exercise to Music and Body Conditioning as well as a Multicultural element to promote mutual understanding and respect. Ulster GAA Youth Camps are being delivered around the province over the coming weeks. These camps are for girls and boys aged 13-16 years old and are an opportunity for players to avail of some great coaching sessions and workshops.
